The Summer Village For Sale and For Rent Signs are available in the office.  These are the Board approved signs and are the only signs that can be used at your cottage.  Brochure boxes will also be issued along with the signs.

The cost for the sign and brochure box is $25 and will be added to your account online.  You will receive a 50% credit back to your account if you choose to return the sign and brochure box when you are done with it.

A comfy, well-appointed cottage in an excellent neighborhood; close to the pools, beach, fitness room and courts.  Private backyard with trees and an awesome hammock for reading summer  novels or just napping.  Flower gardens, picnic table, nat gas grill and chiminea are there for your outdoor enjoyment.
The cottage has 2 bedrooms on the first floor:  one with queen bed, dressers and closet, and one with bunk beds and under bed storage and dressers.  Upstairs is a large loft with twin beds.  All bedding, linens, towels are provided, along with books, games, sand toys, and other cottage vacation gear.  Open plan cathedral ceiling with fans and upgraded kitchen with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher has all the items you will need to cook great meals for your vacation.  Oversized sliders let in light from the enclosed porch which has a large family table for dining, games or entertaining. A wall mounted LCD TV with xfinity cable and internet, DVD player and a Netflix subscription are included.  There is a triple zone mini split providing quiet AC or heat if needed.

14 Farmhouse Row
The cottage is newly built with completion in early 2017. It has Cable, washer/dryer, WiFi, 2 bedrooms (master bedroom with queen bed & 2nd bedroom with twin bed. The spacious loft has 2 beds & a futon sofa bed with total sleeping area in the cottage for 6 people. Air conditioning units are installed upstairs & down. There is a view of the Pond from the upstairs window and from the rear of the residence where it abuts open space. There is parking for 2 cars. No more than 2 parked cars at the cottage at any time. 
Summer Village is a step back in time. Bikes, golf carts & walking are the norm. Many activities are available throughout the summer including children's art classes, a children's fishing tournament, poker runs, dancing, volley ball, and more. You can join a variety of activity groups, in addition to a variety of other activities. Residents and guests can be as active or inactive as they like. Enjoy access to a large family pool, in addition to an adult pool with a hot tub, 24 hour gym, lodge, general store, restaurant & bar, tennis & Pickle ball courts, basketball courts and a beautiful beach which is groomed nightly with comfortable beach lounge chairs are set in order each evening for the next day. Hiking trails are available throughout Summer Village. Recreation programming for adults & children takes place in July & August. Musical groups often provide music at the beach on weekends and various Village parties are scheduled in June & July. The cottage is available for rent until the end of September. Summer Village becomes less populated in August & September. Guests who might desire a more mellow stay may want to choose these months and Spring months for booking. 
The Cottage provides a perfect home base for individuals seeking immersion in New England sights and history. Boston is less than an hour away and provides entertainment, enrichment and activities too numerous to mention. New Hampshire is less than an hour away and is a beautiful getaway for a day or so. 
At present all 2018 dates are available from 5/1 - 9/28, excepting 6/16 - 7/14.
Rates are $200 per night. Monthly rate is  discounted by 5%. We request a $500 deposit and a $200 cleaning fee. Payment of the entire booking fee is due 30 days prior to your visit. We invite any questions via the email contact.
