Community amenities include a pond with life guarded beach, heated family pool and toddler pool, a heated adult pool (Over 18) and large hot tub. Kayaks and canoes are available for boating or fishing. Enjoy our tennis, pickle-ball, basketball and bocce courts. Lots of hiking trails and a well-equipped gym. Visit the lodge to enjoy lunch and dinner or a drink at the bar, or visit the Lodge’s outdoor patio for ice cream and drinks by the beach. The General Store carries essentials, snacks, coffee and more.
A $300.00 deposit is required to hold your reservation with balance due 30 days prior to the rental start date. If renting within 30 days of reservation, deposit plus full rental amount is due. The deposit is non-refundable if the rental is canceled. Minimum weekly rental rate ranges from $1,600 to $2,200, depending on the week. 10% discount on second week if booking two consecutive weeks. Note Summer Village has a no pets and no smoking policy for all renters and guests. Golf cart available separately.

Our cottage is located in the desirable Waterview Drive circle. All amenities are a short walk. The amenities include: tennis courts, close to beach, restaurant, pub. Heated family pool and heated adult (over 18) pool/hot tub, Kayaks/canoes/sunfish available for boating or bring your own rod to fish in the well-stocked pond. Summer Village employs life guards at the beach and a floating dock for water fun! Tennis/pickleball/basketball/bocce courts, shuffleboard, hiking trails and the large, well-equipped fitness center all available at no extra cost. Walk to the lodge to enjoy lunch/dinner or a drink at the bar; sit out on the lodge’s screened porch or patio to watch the sunset and to listen to live bands featured every week; cook out at the beach; stop at the general store to pick up a coffee, breakfast sandwich, soup, sandwich or ice cream; or cook meals in your fully-equipped kitchen or on your own grill.
Our kitchen is full stocked with everything you need for cooking. Cable TV. Washer/dryer, high speed Wi-Fi internet, one bedroom with Queen size bed (TV on dresser) and second bedroom with twin bed. Open living/dining/kitchen. Includes TV, cable, internet, AC & ceiling fans, stove, gas grill, refrigerator and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, glassware, dishes, pots/pans, utensils, bedding, linens, towels. Outside is very private. Golf cart is included.
