A newly decorated, clean, comfortable, and sun-soaked cottage, with all the amenities of home, awaits you on Whispering Pines.
Our cozy cottage features two bedrooms (each with a queen bed), open loft, a queen sleep sofa in the sunroom, a fully equipped, lofted, open-concept kitchen and dining space, and a full bath and laundry.
Amenities include cable and internet, AC and ceiling fans, gas stove and grill, refrigerator and ice maker, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, glassware, dishes, utensils, bedding, linens, towels, board games and golf cart access.
Located directly next to a "pocket park", with neighbors only on one side of the property, enjoy our exteriors just as much as the warm decor of our interiors with an expansive private outdoor space, complete with a hammock, Adirondack seating, firepit and tree-strung Edison bulbs that light up the serene pines that surround the property.
Deposit required to lock-in desired dates. No pets and no smoking for both renters and visitors.
This cozy cottage located in a gated, seasonal community, is located on a large pond in Westford, MA. The 800 sq ft cottage sleeps 6: a master bedroom with a queen bed, two single beds in the second bedroom, and a sleep sofa in the living room. Included with your rental are bedding, bath towels and beach towels, Cable/WI-FI, a washer/dryer, a fully-equipped kitchen, with a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy dining or reading in the cottage’s 3-season sunroom or on the patio, which includes seating for 4 people and a gas grill. In addition, a 4-person golf cart is provided, along with parking for two cars.
Community amenities include a pond with lifeguarded beach, a heated family and toddler pool, a heated adult (over 18) pool and a hot tub. Kayaks, canoes, and sunfish are available for boating and/or fishing. Bring your own rod to fish in the well-stocked pond. Enjoy our tennis, pickle ball, basketball, and bocce courts, as well as shuffleboard, a golf putting green, hiking trails, and a well-equipped gym. Visit The Lodge to enjoy lunch and dinner or a drink at the bar. Sit inside the Lodge or in the screened porch. Sunsets viewed from the patio are glorious. Have a barbecue on the beach or stop at the General Store to pick up the newspaper and grab a coffee, breakfast sandwich, lunch sandwich or an ice cream.
All community amenity fees are included, with the exception of Kid’s Pay-to-Play activities.
A $300.00 deposit is required to hold a reservation, with the balance due 30 days prior to the rental start date. The deposit is non-refundable, if the rental is cancelled within 30 days of the rental start date.
Rental rates range from $1,500. to $2,000. depending on the week, and with a two (2) week minimum. We have a strict no pets and no smoking policy for all renters and guests.

PRIVATE YARD and SPACIOUS KITCHEN that sleeps 6 comfortably! Our newly decorated Fernwood style cottage has an ideal floor plan for those who like to gather. The extremely spacious kitchen and dining area connects seamlessly with the adjoining sunroom and the well-appointed bedrooms lie on opposite ends to maximize privacy and function. Master bedroom has a queen bed and 2nd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle. The “L” shaped sectional seats 6 comfortably and can also pull out to a queen sleep sofa.
Includes 50” TV, cable & internet, AC & ceiling fans, gas stove & new Weber gas grill, refrigerator & ice maker, washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, toaster oven, cookware, glassware, dishes, utensils, bedding, linens, towels and board games. Location, location, location! The cottage is just steps from the pavilion, the family pool, the tennis and basketball courts, and the playground. It is also a short walk to the beach and the lodge, and the 4 seat golf cart can be used if preferred. The cottage is the last one on the lane allowing for a bit of privacy in this lively community.
Enjoy grilling out on the patio or relaxing indoors with central heat and A/C. The interior is newly painted with new quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The cottage sleeps four or five, depending on the members of the party. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin size bed on the top. Bath towels, beach towels, linens, a washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen are available for your use.

There’s a master bedroom with a Queen size bed, two single beds in an adjacent room and a Queen sleeper sofa in the sunroom. The beautiful, spacious outside patio boasts plenty of seating, a fire pit and grill.
Linens, pillows and bath towels provided. Cable, Wi/Fi and full size washer/dryer provided as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a Kuerig coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, etc.
Community amenities include a pond with life guarded beach, heated family pool and toddler pool, a heated adult pool (Over 18) and large hot tub. Kayaks and canoes are available for boating or fishing. Enjoy our tennis, pickle-ball, basketball and bocce courts. Lots of hiking trails and a well-equipped gym. Visit the lodge to enjoy lunch and dinner or a drink at the bar, or visit the Lodge’s outdoor patio for ice cream and drinks by the beach. The General Store carries essentials, snacks, coffee and more.
A $300.00 deposit is required to hold your reservation with balance due 30 days prior to the rental start date. If renting within 30 days of reservation, deposit plus full rental amount is due. The deposit is non-refundable if the rental is canceled. Minimum weekly rental rate ranges from $1,600 to $2,200, depending on the week. 10% discount on second week if booking two consecutive weeks.
