Kid Kickball Homerun Derby

Come on down to the field Sat at 9am for coffee, donuts and Kid Kickball Homerun Derby! We will have some donuts for the players and coffee for the spectators. 
 

Kids 5-12 are welcome to participate in the first round of games. There will be 2 teams and a two tiered HR line (1st for 5-8yo and 2nd for 9-12yo)

Kids of Summer Village, get your costumes on... it's trick or treating time! Halloween starts at 4pm and continues until 6pm or the candy runs out. Adults are encouraged to dress up as well.

Summer Fest is back by popular demand, this year at the Beach! Outside Grill Menu, cash only. Regular Menu inside the Lodge.

11AM: Daniel Davidson (acoustic folk/blues)
1-3PM: Dis-n-Dat reggae band featuring 4x grammy nominated drummer Rangotan and steel pan virtuoso Sista Dee
4-7PM: MooseJuice featuring extra guest drummer Alex Bergeron and bassist Ben Ayer.
7-9PM: Late night DJ TREVOR party 
 
Kids Fishing Derby
Sunday, August 17th, 2025, 9am to 11am at Beach
Meet at the Lodge at 9:00 AM.  Fishing will be from one of the three docks or the shoreline around the docks (not from the beach or the shore in front of the waterfront cottages).
 
Prizes will be awarded in 3 age categories: 8 and under, 9-12, and 13-17.
Prizes for person with most fish caught and the longest fish caught per age category. Worms will be provided, but please bring your own fishing equipment. If you need to borrow some equipment, or would like to help out with recording catches and/or baiting hooks, removing fish from the hooks, and keeping the hooks out of the kids, please contact Rob Russell at Robbie_F_Russell@Yahoo.com and/or Kristin Vaillancourt kristin.vaillancourt@gmail.com.

Voting and Annual Meeting

Voting for the 2025 Board of Trustees election is from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
To vote, come to the pavilion and check in by street address to receive your ballot.
Mail in Proxy Forms must be received at the P.O. Box by August 29th, 2025 to be picked up the morning of the Annual Meeting. All Proxy Forms that are being dropped off at the office must be received by 8:00 AM on August 30th, 2025.
