4 Easy Steps to Participate:
1. �� DECORATE: Personalize your bags to honor someone special.
2. ⚖️ FILL: Add a little sand or small stones so your bags stay put.
3. �� PLACE: Set them up in designated areas along Summer Village
Road.
4. �� SHINE: Turn the lights on between 6 and 7 PM to brighten our
community.
