chevron_rightHow do I go about any hardscaping at my cottage?
For all hardscaping requests, you will need to fill out an Architectural and Landscape Request. This can be obtained from the owners website or from the management office. Once you fill out both forms, you will submit them to summervillageassistant@gmail.com, as well as the proposed blueprint and a $50 Arc processing fee. From there, your request will go through the Arc Committee and the Board of Trustees for review.

chevron_rightI have a tree at my cottage that I am concerned about. What should I do?
If you feel a tree could potentially be a danger to you or others, please let the management office know. From there, our landscape company A1 will come out and take a look to see what actions should be taken.

chevron_rightWhat if I would like paint work done at my cottage?
There are painting request forms located in the lobby of the Management Office. You can fill one out and drop in the painters’ drop box. From there, they will contact you for further details.

chevron_rightI just closed on a cottage, what’s next?
Congrats! Your first step is to contact the Management Office to fill out a New Owner Registration Form. You will then receive a a code and instructions to register your account on our website, with access to Activities, Management reports, a Discussion Board, and answers to any questions you might have. You'll also be added to Summer Village email correspondence list for updates and announcements. You'll pick up your Summer Village car decals for the vehicles you include on your registration form, and dog tags (f applicable), on your first entry to the property. chevron_rightHow can I gain access to the Summer Village website
Once you are an official owner at Summer Village, ask the General Manager's office for the registration code. You can then register yourself and other residents of your cottage. Go to summervillage.org and click on the "register" link on the top right of the screen. If you have any problems, contact the webmaster (webmaster@summervillage.org)

chevron_rightHow do I listen to a Board Meeting?
There is usually a Board Meeting on the last Wednesday of every month. They are in person during the on season and over the phone both on and off season. We will send out the agenda and meeting details the week of the meeting, and they are posted on the Owners Website. The minutes and the recording of the meetings are also posted on the Owners Website.

Once you become a new owner, our accounting team at Great North Property Management will send a welcome packet to your permanent address with all your cottage fee info.

Yes! Click here or on the link on the Home Page This is accessible to everyone. You do not need a login to view this page.

chevron_rightWho do I contact if I am interested in a sale/rental?
Go to our listings and the appropriate contact will be noted under the listing you are interested in.

chevron_rightAm I able to come in and view the listing in person?
All viewings will need to be arranged with a realtor or owner. We are a gated community, so you are unable to access the property if you are not an owner or renter.

chevron_rightIs the property open year round?
No, we are a seasonal property open from Mid-April to Mid-October. All owners must be moved out when the property closes. No overnight stays are allowed once the property closes.

chevron_rightAre we able to use the beach if we are not owners?
Unfortunately, no. The beach is only accessible to Owners and their Guests, and Renters.

chevron_rightAre pets allowed at Summer Village?
Owners are welcome to have up to 2 pets per cottage. You will need to register them with the Management Office and provide a current rabies vaccination certificate in order to keep them on property. Note that Guests and Renters are not allowed to have pets on the property at any time.
