Bring a candy bar and play some bingo, it’s as simple as that!

Join other Summer Village book lovers for our monthly book club. For June we are reading The Borrowed Life of Frederick Fife, by Anna Johnston.

Doors open at 6:30 PM. All are encouraged to join in and to bring a snack to share with a friend.

Join us once a month for a fun and friendly Trivia Night at Summer Village! Teams of 2 to 6 people compete in a classic pen-and-paper format—no phones allowed, just brainpower! The game runs about 1.5 to 2 hours and features four rounds of 10 questions each, plus some exciting bonus questions. Prizes are awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams. Whether you’re in it to win it or just for the laughs, it’s a great night of community, challenge, and fun!

Calling all backyard heroes! Come down to the field and show off your badminton/spike ball/ladder ball/jenga/connect four skillz. 

 

Don’t miss the opportunity to dance the night away to your favorite oldies and more with DJ Todd. Like last year you will have the opportunity for karaoke, so start thinking of your favorite song!  Come dress in your favorite era, 50s. 60's, 70's anything goes!  Bring your own drinks and snacks. Some tables and chairs will be available at the Pavilion.

Come make yourself an ice cream sundae with all the toppings!
 
*there will be toppings that are not allergy friendly (I.e. peanut butter, Reese’s pieces), so if you have an allergy, please come 5 minutes early so that we can serve you first to ensure there’s no cross contamination. 

Join us for the ever so popular Poker Run!! A great opportunity to meet new people and/or catch up with old friends (lots of time waiting in line). This year we will have name tags and a little game (with a raffle prize) to play in line. 

 

Gather at the lodge patio beginning at 6pm with a $5 buy-in and to register (and hopefully support them by buying a drink!). Each player will draw one card in each of 5 locations; the first and last stops will be the Lodge. We will depart the Lodge at 7pm for the first host stop.

 

At each neighborhood stop, there will be snacks and/or desserts and lines of people getting a card or food/drink.  There will be no beer or wine provided, so BYOB. Cash prizes for best hand and raffle winner. 

Calling mosquito haters of all ages. Make a mosquito trap.

 

Summer Village Conservation and Recreation will provide, buckets, paint, and mosquito dunks. They will also give you basic instruction on how and why it works to cut down the mosquito population.

 

The first 20 people to arrive will receive buckets. You are also encouraged to bring your own bucket to make/decorate, or come by and pick up instruction/supplies and build on your own at home.

BINGO:

 

Our duo friends Kerry & TJ from Glitter & Guitars will be coming to SV for a little Musical Bingo.  Music bingo is a fun spin on traditional bingo that allows you to jam out to snippets of your favorite songs while playing competitively against other music lovers! Instead of letters and numbers, you will hear 30-45 seconds of your favorite songs! The players who recognize the song and see it listed on their card, mark the square with an “X”. We keep playing snippets of songs until someone gets 5 “X’s” in a row (in any direction) and calls out, “Bingo!”

 

DUO:

Glitter & Guitars is a fun male & female  acoustic duo with lead vocals with great harmonies. Playing all of your favorite hits from yesterday and today. Fun upbeat crowd engaging songs from your favorite artists:  Journey, Pink, Bon Jovi, No Doubt, Fleetwood Mac, Garth Brooks,  Cranberries, Tom Petty, Simon & Garfunkel, Amy Winehouse, and more!

Families with young kids, this one's for you!

 

Come down to the field at 4pm to meet Bluey and Bingo. Adults are encouraged to bring their own beer and mingle with other Summer Village families.
