Summer Village Gives Back Cancer Event
Friday, September 2nd, 2022, 6pm at the Pavilion
Many, many raffles and silent auction items!
Every dollar raised goes directly to Lowell General Hospital Cancer Center.
The Lodge will have a dinner buffet in the dining room starting at 4 pm, so there is plenty of time to have dinner before the event. Don't forget to order up a specialty drink or two!!! They will also have a bar set up in the Pavilion. Cash is preferred, but tabs can be made with a credit card hold. We ask that people refrain from bringing a cooler to the pavilion as 10% of the drinks sales will go to the event.

"THE CHALLENGE"
Sunday, September 11th, 2022, 11:30am at Field
The theme this week is “Let's Get Physical”!! Please bring a helmet and sneakers. A helmet will be required for one of the activities, so don't forget (Jen Picard, you might want to stay away from this one)! Teams of two will compete head-to-head on various challenges and you will not have the same teammate as last time. All ages are welcome, but 10 and under need to come with a teammate, (I recommend a parent, but they can be paired with any age) as those won't be randomly selected. All other ages will get randomly selected teammates. If you've ever seen MTV's "The Challenge", this will be run similarly. Bring your physicality!

Ravine Keg Party
Saturday, September 17th, 2022, 3pm at Ravine Way
2nd annual Ravine keg party is coming up soon on September 17th at 3!!! We will be posting a survey to see what we should put the donations towards within the week. Below are some FAQs if you didn’t come last year.
-Q: What happens at a keg party? A: They are like a fingerprint. No one is truly the same. Show up and let jesus take the wheel.
-Q: What if I don’t drink? A: More beer for us boom!!! Still show up and socialize. (You’re still paying $10 you sober SOB)
-Q: What if I don’t know anyone? A: Show up to the keg party get peer pressured by me and you’ll know everyone by the end of the night (although it might take 3-5 seasons of pretending to know their names before it finally sticks)
-Q: Can you tell me about Ravine? A: Ravine has been voted top street to live on in summer village 6 years running. It is home to some legendary residents. It is so fun that even the Stamp family couldn’t handle it. It is so fun that MORE THAN ONE family sold to rebuy on another street.
-Q: What do I need to bring? A: $10 and a empty bladder.
-Q: Will there be food? A: If you get a little rumble in your tum tum suck it up and keep partying. We will have chips/pretzel type
Snacks laying around. Last year we ordered pizza later In the night and can do that if people are up for it.
-Q: Can I bring guests? A: Hell yeah!! More the merrier but be prepared to wake up in the morning with some guests littered around your cottage that might never want to leave. I woke up with a literal Buzz in my bed.
-Q: What if I’m to old for a keg party?
No such thing as to old for a keg party. Plus pretty sure whitewater is adding band substances in our tap. Summer village residents are similar to the movie cocoon.
-Q: What if I’m to young for the keg party? A: As much as I love every age human here at SV I don’t want to be the one responsible for accidentally supplying minors with alcohol. I look forward to the day you all turn 21 and attempt to chug faster than Ashley.
-Q: Who is said Ashley^? A: The second place winner of the chugging contest.
-Q: what if it rains? A: We wing it and hope no 3 year old bday parties are planned in the pavilion at that time.

Oktoberfest
Saturday, September 24th, 2022, 3pm to 6pm at the Waterview Pocket Park (rain location: Pavilion)
Join us for the annual Oktoberfest Craft Beer Tasting! Bring some craft beer to share with the group. Home brews, growler fills, cans from local breweries and specialty bomber bottles are great, but you can pick up a six pack of something seasonal as well. All contributions are welcome - but don't empty your fridge of your old beer, that's rude. We love food too, so please consider bringing an easy to share finger food type dish that we can nosh on. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
