You can stop by anytime between 6pm and 9pm to purchase tickets, but we hope you'll stay and join the party! (The Lodge is providing a cash bar, with a share of the proceeds donated to the cause.) We will start to call raffles at 9 PM, but the silent auctions and the 50-50 will continue until last game of the whiffle ball tournament on Sunday, September 3. Everyone's a winner in this feel-good event, where all the proceeds go to Lowell General Hospital Cancer Center. We have over 75 raffles, 50/50 ticket sales, and silent auction bidding. You do not want to miss this!!!

 

• Please arrive by 9:45 so we can arrange teams!

• Open to all SV residents, relatives, and friends

• No base running
• Adult pitching
• No walks, 3 strikes are an out
• Games last 3 innings
• Double elimination
• Winners will have their names engraved on the SV trophy and it will be displayed in the lodge!

Home run derby will be Saturday night. Teams will be drawn after the Derby at the Lodge. You must sign up by the end of the Derby to be considered. $5 entry fee. Sign ups will be starting on Wednesday.

• The tournament format is the same as in years past. A few rule changes will be communicated to participants before the first games on Sunday morning.
• There will be an entry fee of $5 per player that is due at time of sign up. Fee can be paid in cash or venmo to Jim (@James-Kasparian) - please include the player's name in the notes.
• We will have lights this year! This means that the playoff/championship games will be at night... please do not sign up if you would be unable to participate in a night game.
• If a player is injured and can no longer play, we will assign a player to your team
• Each team should choose a team captain, who will be the sole person from that team allowed to correspond with the rules committee. 

 

We’re transforming the Pavilion into a Summer Village casino! Come and experience the fun and excitement of playing in a real casino, but instead of real money, we play with funny money/casino chips worth no cash value. Adults only, must be 21+ to participate. Prizes!!!

Join us on Sunday, September 10th at 10:00 am for a yoga class featuring friendly baby goats. Led by a certified instructor, it is suitable for all experience levels. Goat treats and cuddle time also provided. Class will be on the field so please dress for the weather and bring a yoga mat or towel/blanket. Hear ye! Hear ye! If you haven’t heard, this Saturday at 4pm is the 3rd annual Ravine Keg Party. Lots of shenanigans are bound to be had. We are asking for a $20 donation to cover booze and supplies, and proceeds will go to the Summer Village Cancer Event. See Chris or Melissa McCarthy at the party to pay. If you don’t know what they look like, look for the guy causing the most trouble. Don’t feel obligated but we are going to do a little potluck so feel free to bring a dish. (We’re making chili.) This is a 21+ event so please don’t bring your children. Although this might sound like a drunk fest, it’s really not all that. It’s an event to hang with friends and possibly make more friends, along with raise some money to fight cancer. So if you don’t drink and you're 21 or order, we still want to see your beautiful faces. 

Kids of Summer Village, get your costumes on... it's trick or treating time! Halloween starts at 5pm and continues until 7pm or the candy runs out. Adults are encouraged to dress up as well.
